Norton Removal Tools

The following removal tools are used to complete the removal Norton products from your computer. You MUST follow these steps or you could screw it up. This is really easy to do. Just be methodical and follow the steps in order.

1. Use the Add/Remove system in the Windows Control Panel to remove all of your Norton products BEFORE you run the removal tool below. This includes Livereg and Liveupdate.
2. You MUST use the proper tool below to complete the removal. So, you MUST know the version of Norton you have on your computer. Open Norton, click Help, and then About... (This may be different from version to version).
3. If you are using Act Contact Management or Norton Fax software, you need to backup your data first before you remove the software.
