Remote Windows Support

The price for an appointment for Remote Support is $49.95 for the first 30 minutes of service or $129.00 for more than 30 minutes, up to 2 hours. Charges for more than 2 hours are billed at $35 per hour. You can use a credit card or PayPal to pay for the service.

You and I will spend a few minutes talking about your issues before we start.  If I determine that I can not fix your problem, there is no charge. 

Data Recovery

There is a non-refundable fee of $50 to evaluate what and how much data can be recovered. This process could take from an hour to a couple of days to complete.

The charge for recovery starts at $250. Data will be recovered to a new hard disk, CDs, or DVDs. You may supply a new hard disk. We also sell them.

The fee to create CDs is $10 each for high quality 650MB CD-ROMs. The fee to create DVDs is $20 Each for high quality 4GB DVD-ROMs.

If the recovery requires obtaining a replacement logic board for the bad drive, an additional fee to locate and purchase the board will be charged.

In all cases, we will notify you by phone after the evaluation with the information about your data, the price, and how long it will take to complete the recovery. Your signed authorization will be required.

Travel Fees

Travel fees will be charged for all services that require pickup and delivery or onsite services if you are outside of our normal service area. The fee is based on how far you are from Algonquin Illinois using Google Maps to calculate the milage. The milage fee is currently $1 per mile, round trip.

So, if you live 30 miles from Algonquin, your fee would be $60.
