will tenaciously pursue a solution to your computer problems, and
won't string you along.
I had Symantec SystemWorks installed on my computer. It locked one of
my hard drives. I knew the data was still there, but I had no way to
access it. After twenty emails back and forth to Symantec over the
course of two weeks, they couldn't or wouldn't give me a solution.
Exploring all methods, Mike was able to unlock the drive and recover
the data. The drive was reformatted and still usable. Since then, I
have replaced or reformatted every drive on my computer to remove all
traces of that software. I haven't installed any of their products,
even when I have received the software for free.

He warned me Circuit City would loose my data and they did!
I did not believe Mike when he told me what had to be done and how much time it would take. He had made a backup and told me to take it somewhere else and see if they could fix the problem without loosing my data.
The people at Circuit City told me Mike was wrong and proceeded to reinstall Windows, loosing every bit of my data including my wedding photos.
Thank God Mike had my backup. I will never doubt what he tells me again. Thank you.
